Fireplace Village and the National Fireplace Institute recommend annual inspection and cleaning of pellet burning appliances. The service fee is $249.

4) Inspect pellet distribution for proper combustion
5) Vacuum firebox
6) Vacuum hopper, if empty
7) Inspect high and low limit switches
8)Check for sooting and fly ash formation

11) Inspect gaskets (replacement gaskets may be ordered at additional charge)
