Gas Technician Annual Inspection Checklist
Price $149

Fireplace Village NH will service and inspect all natural gas and propane burning appliances including; gas fireplaces, gas burning wood stoves, gas log sets, gas fireplace inserts, gas outdoor fireplace, gas fire pits, water heaters and furnaces.


Gas appliance inspection service includes the following:

• Clearance of appliance (back, sides top to mantel)
• Venting installed to code (reference install manual)
• Leak Test appliance and gas piping (per code)
• Burner, firebox, glass cleaned
• Burner Logs embers in correctly per manual
• Appliance purged
• Burner lights properly
• Flame height ok and clean burn
• Check wiring
• Remote control operating properly
• Blower (on with heat up, off with cool down) variable speed ok
• Instructed home owner on operational procedures (if needed)
• Left instruction manual, instruction sheets with homeowner
• Advised homeowner of maintenance requirements
