The Heatilator and Heat & Glo brands are the widely recognized in the fireplace industry, and its’ gas direct vent and fireplace products incorporate much of the latest in gas fireplaces materials and direct vent technology. Heat and Glo Internet Sales Policy Warranty- Heatilator, Heat & Glo or Quadra-Fire does not warranty products sold outside of the authorized dealer network, nor will they warranty service work on the product that is performed by anyone other than an authorized dealer. In addition, the warranty on our products applies to the original owner only and is nontransferable. Fireplace Village is an authorized dealer in New Hampshire.
